@nigga62089 I guess they should start giving out tickets for people driving on the non-profitable road system. That's ALL roads. Even the Interstate (which sucks up most of the gas taxes) doesn't cover its cost. That comes out of general budget - i.e. Corporate and Personal Income Taxes.

@nigga62089 Apparently does not know the horrific cost of road maintenance .and productivity lost through traffic plus all the hundred million dollar hwy they have to build to keep up with population growth.

It's called the Honor system and is used widely by most transit systems... The Transit Enforcement only does a spot check and if YOU don't have the right ticket it's YOUR responsibility.
