The obvious question is how this differs (being common in Olympic Weighlifter) from the toe out (being popular with powerlifters), and the biomechanical reasoning of each.
Second video for me to ask the same question, what is the proofs for the 5-10 degree toe out position?
Everything I have been taught is for the toe out to match the femoral angle. I think KS knows more than I do, but definitely would love to hear the data behind it......
@Leviathandk You don't need to worry at all, it is very normal. If however you want better advice, other than a stranger on YouTube, i would recommend seeing a chiropractor. But within my group of gym buddies cracking of the back is a very regular occurrence.
@rnakahata
IIRC? Is this a certain protocol?

@rswimmer01 IIRC, toe out (external rotation) creates torque to stabilize at the hips and fire the glute musculature as well.
