I brought together 17 women in this video to share their personal experience of what it felt like to get permanent eyeliner.

  • What you are seeing is a little trauma. This skin is closed and when I insert the eyeliner that area is now a wound with some swelling. It takes 3 days to heel and then the eyeliner looks softer & amazing. Why eyeliner? Blind, no eyelashes due to cancer chemo or alopecia, shakey hands, seasonal allergies w/ watery itchy eyes, hydrophorisis (constant sweating), droopy heavy lid rubs it off, busy Mom's or professionals. Clients approve of the final design so they have exactly what they want.

  • No, but an interesting observation about the girls not having lashes. :) Actually, I rarely find a lash(es) lying around the procedure table. A lot of women will have eyeliner done permanently because they have very few lashes.

No, thick lashes are not a problem and you will not experience a loss afterwards. Thank you for checking in with me and asking as there may be others who have the same question. Marcia

  • Usually the eyeliner does not obstruct the eye powder. If it does you can dampen a QTip and wipe the lid. Marcia

  • Some of these lines look uneven.

Sixteen videos were filmed 'immediately' after the eyeliner procedure. There is a lot of trauma and 'swelling' during the procedure which can make the immediate look of the eyeliner appear uneven. Believe me when healed it's nearly perfect!

  • lol most of their eyeliner is messed up, are people really that lazy to apply makeup? I didn't even know tattoo makeup existed...this world is crazy.

  • What about permanent blush?

  • What kind of numbing cream did you use? I find it hard to believe this was painless.

  • I want this, eyeliner on my top lids and my lips.

  • I have wanted to get this done for awhile now, I am currently 17 and would like to get it in the next few months if not sooner however I am joining the service soon and I will be in boot camp when I turn 18. Is there anyway I can get this procedure done with parental consent?

  • i wanna have my eyeliner tattooed but i have really thick dark lashes and was wondering if this procedure would make them fall out. Like none of these girls actually had eyelashes after the procedure, is this a side effect?
