  • Hi Eric! Beofre you became a spiritual teacher, did you focus on one teacher alone or you listen from variety of teachers and make your own teaching? Thanks...

  • I read and listened to a variety of spiritual teachers, but I teach from my own understanding and realization. I had not studied nonduality at all until after my realization of nonduality...and so I read about it to see how others tried to explain the unexplainable.

  • THERE IS NO ONE WHO CAN BEI N THE NOW

  • Great information, thank you!

  • Thanks for your guidance. I've heard similar explanations but your brief comments are well put.

  • but though itself is in the present moment, it arises now and dissapears now. So mind itself arrises now?

  • When you ask "how", you are looking for a technique or a process to do...there is no doing to be present. Cease doing. You are already doing (and likely don't realize you are already doing)...cease doing...then you are present.

  • Thank you so much for the reply Eric. One more thing, do you have any suggestions on how to be present or aware always because I always fall. I have few nonduality books and depend on internet for satsangs because there's no satsang here in the Philippines! Thanks again!

  • Great video man, very well explained.Pointing that finger at the moon!

  • This video explains the humor in the title of a book by Steve Hagen:

Buddhism Is Not What You Think It Is
