Paddy Ashdown "...we are condemned... to live at one of those moments in history when the (g)ymbols? upon which the established order of power [are set] is beginning to change..." 1x/100 years. Now it's the "globalization of power," unregulated suits the powerful, but "interconnected, we must "bring governance to the global space," which will grow increasingly "multi-polar." Iraq & Afghanistan = last western imposition attempt...We now see "the end of 400 years when western-power = enough."
