The Birhday Fairy sent me the recipe to the wonderful brownies sent via elf to my front door, and I wanted to make a video of myself making them. But of course, since I can't do anything like a normal person, I made a brownie recipe that is similar, but not just like the one she sent. I don't do walnuts. They make me retain water. So... I present to you, Bunny's Bee Pollen Brownie Bites!

1/3 C pinenuts
1/3 C sunflower seeds (forgive me if I said sesame seeds!)
1/3 C pumpkin seeds
1 C pitted dates
1/4 C cacao powder
1 Tbs bee pollen

Blend in food processor until smooth and sticky. Spoon onto plate for flash freezing, and then transfer into an airtight container. Leave in the freezer, and pull them out when you want a chocolate delight snack. You can dehydrate to warm them up, too!

  • I can't believe I did 3 demos in a row. That's a record.

  • Bunny, while watching this I thought two things.

    One: You're beautiful :)

Two: I can definitley tell how powerful the raw food lifestyle can be just by comparing your very first video to the most recent one.

    YOU LOOK SO HAPPY! =)

  • THANK YOU!

  • You could kill someone with an allergic reaction with those brownies.

  • i use actual raw honey. It's amazing. :)

  • Merci! They look delicious! (o:

  • You soo need to have your own syndicated television show!!!

  • why do u have to soak dates? i never understood that.

  • Those look beautiful! How did they turn out? I think I will go make my own interpretation (impatiently) of them using what I have on hand. I am eating raw chili right now and it's spicy good. Now I want something sweet and chocolaty to balance it all out! Thank you for sharing. ((hugs))

  • Hooray, it's cutting board cam!! I can't wait to try this! I love the cutting board by the way, is it bamboo??? Where did you find it???

I've never had bee pollen, so much I have to look forward to. Love your vids! :)
