No, only kodachrome worked like that - and Kodak don't make that as Super 8 anymore.
It is black and white because Tri-X is a black and white film, not a color one. That isn't affected by whether it is developed at home or done in a professional lab.
I am not totally sure, but the sepia looking tint may be due to being processed as a negative for a film that was adjusted to end up as a positive.

ok with regular 8 and super 8 color is added during developing so is that why its black and white??because u developed it yourself?
