Lee DeWyze Gives Emotional Concert

American Idol Singer Lee DeWyze gives a very emotional homecoming concert before 40,000 fans at Arlington Park. Before the concert the village of Mount Prospect gave Lee a parade. Lee was never expecting this when he arrived in his home town. His emotions of the moment during this concert led to him to break down several times. And the crowd loved him even more for it.

@mustangmom27 this emotion he has is a part of the reason hes getting the votes........shows hes a man with a good heart... not just another "im all that n then some" I havent liked anyone on american idol like I do him. AND hes the first one Ill ever vote for.... over n over again. Dont need the finals tho.... as I know hes a winner and will go far ( with his confidence and personality)

@mustangmom27 This is not a case of stage fright. DeWyze for the last months has been stuck in the IDOL bubble. If he did not show this kind of emotion when he looks out at so many people for the first time I would have a different outlook on him. It should be interesting to see how IDOL show these homecoming segments in their show on Tuesday night.

I was very disappointed that ths year American Idol final show didn't mention about Lee , very sad! He is a very good singer and they should honor him.

How can anyone watch this video, see him break down in tears, and hate him? He was so overwhelmed and yet you still have have the guts to say he's arrogant or lacks feelings? It just makes no sense to me.
