Shameful that the oil is flowing out of Iraq like black gold, billions of American tax dollars are being spent in Iraq and only a pittance is provided to support the professors who are duty bound to educate the next generation of scholars in Iraq. You need scientists, engineers, physicians and intellectuals to rebuild your nation, but unless the professors are treated with the respect they are due and properly compensated, Iraq will become a Third World Nation ruled by force, not reason.
