@ZeroZ30o If you just sit around doing nothing when you encounter a Stalemate Button situation for the first time, when GLaDOS is still in control. Wheatley will eventually say "I don't mean to rush you, but sooner or later that Neurotoxin generator's going to come back online and she is going to kill us." or something like that. Plus, he maybe had it fixed during the time that Chell and PotaDOS are in Aperture of the past.
