wats better tlr or rvt rc51?

I have never owned and SP2 but I think the TL and SP are of the same breed. They were only produced for a limited number of years and are harder to come by in good condition now days. My only concern with buying a honda is the price you will pay for parts. Both bikes are far from the fastest now days but you dont need to be when you have after market cans on a twin and a sound that demands attention through the city streets. :)

Well.. I'm a TLR lover.. but you will have to consider how much you want to spend. Are you just cruising or do you want a full sport? Do you like v-twins? If your after something a little more relaxed but still with plenty of punch I would go for a SV.

First is a TRE then Air box mod. Power commander (after mods) then dyno it!

I crashed my TL1000R in July on a rainy night. Rebuilt it within 6 weeks with an updated power commander and K&N air filter. The old Widowmaker myth about this bike and its' cousin the TL1000S hold true! Be careful on those wet sweepers!

@freightrain808 no, what you said is stupid. get your own opinion instead making others YOUR opinion. every noob, excluding very few, say the same "vtr is better", and then I ask "why?", no one can answer because...they simply say what others say. I have a TL1000R and I couldn't be more proud of my bike. vtr owners make a huge effort to not look to my bike wether it's in move or side stand. wake up please...there's life before vtr...

@RATADATUAVELHA so your saying improveing a bike or anything 4 that matter is bad?thats stupid.they improved the rc51 with engine tweeks,suspention up grades ect.they should have improved the tlr,everything n anything can be improved or tweeked.

@stevenobleuk ive been riding for 12 years now since 2000 at 19 years old.ive owned suzuki bandit 400 to get my feet wet.then a yzf600r,then 02r6,03gsxr750.02gsxr1000,n now im on a 03rc51 cuz i wanted to try the v twin game.i never said the tlr was a bad bike?stock vs stock the rc51 suspention is better.you dont think i have a bike lol!2000-2006 i only rode i didnt even have a car,so i think i have the right to speak about bikes!12years in the game my friend.honest truth.
