Petrol Pt. 15 - More "Playing"

The final in the sequence of Petrol (my pet budgie) clips, circa 1997. This is by far the tamest pet bird I have ever seen.

In this instalment, Petrol gets completely off his rocker while giving a concise recital of his entire repertoire of phrases and noises.

A lot of people will think this clip has been dubbed, and that no budgie could make those twisted demented noises, but for those that knew Petrol and that know me will know this is not the case. I swear there is no voice dubbing on this at all. In fact, if you listen closely you can hear me snigger a number of times during the clip.

I have included subtitles as some of Petrol's phrases and sayings may have gone by unnoticed otherwise.

This clip should also put to rest all the people who have posted negative things about me and about Petrol.

Allegations of animal cruelty were aimed at me from the first clip featuring a 6 week old Petrol trying in vain to squeeze through a small gap in his cage. As this clip (and that one) prove, animals do weird things from time to time.

The beauty of a video camera is the ability to document those things. The beauty of YouTube is being able to share them with the world.

And with that I give you the final in the Petrol series.

I love this clip! My budgie Kiwi started talking a while ago and now he knows how to do it there's no stopping him! He copies everything! He's so camera shy though but I'll take the advice you gave the other guy and just start filming everything and hope he gets used to it! Maybe I'll have a clip to post soon!
