The Hung Gar Tiger and Crane form is a classic form with some robust, exhilarating and intricate movements. Great for building stamina and balance - there's nothing to compare with it if you're looking for a cardio work-out which works every muscle and ligament in the body.
I have removed the two kicks in the crane section as I have an unstable knee (the reason I train in southern styles - there are few or no kicks - I like to keep well grounded).
