Today 10-17-06, President (King) Bush signed a bill that officially dissolved the United States Constitution. This law takes away The Writ of Habeas Corpus that allows for the right to have an attorney and the knowledge of crimes a person being charged with. Also unlawful detention. They hide this within the Detainee Combatant Bill. It allows the President to declare ANYONE, ANYWHERE AN ENEMY COMBATANT, THIS INCLUDES U.S. CITIZENS, FOR ANY REASON ANYTIME. People. WAKE UP!!!! We have LOST OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!!!!! TODAY 10-17-06, The Day The U.S. Bill Of Rights Died. RIP.

The Constitution does not allow the President, Dictorial Powers, nor does it allow Presidential Orders, nor does it provide the authority to create any law by Congress or the President that infringes upon any of the rights held within it. Any acts against the Constitution that violates civil rights, by a government representitive, is in violation of his/her oath to it and no longer holds that position of office from that moment by default.

When the government becomes tyrannical, it is the RESPONSIBILITY of the PEOPLE to abolish the tyrannical government. This is what the founders had in mind when they allowed us to have the right to bear arms, not to go hunting, but to defend our rights and have a well regulated, not government operated, militia.

We certainly must demand an audit and end of the Federal Reserve, Impeachment of all public servants who pervert justice, and trample the constitution, be they judges, Congressmen, President, or bureacrat.
