Very good. You have a nice voice and good guitar playing skills. Your guitar playing comes off as pretty basic (no idea if it actually is) in this video, but it's a nice accompiament. I would suggest getting better recording equipment, or finding a chance outside of youtube to play- giving people a reason to look you up on youtube and check out your stuff. Youtube does offer the chance for people to be recognized and recruited, but it's very rare that it happens. Still, great cover!
