哈尔滨城管暴力执法激公愤遭市民围殴

2011年5月4日下午6点左右，在哈尔滨道外14道街清真寺广场，忽然冲来10余个城管人员，在没有进行任何劝说的前提下，悍然对小商贩进行打砸，不顾周围群众安危，肆­无忌惮，行径及其恶劣。他们手持铁制板凳，以及随手取得的各种器具，6到7条城管人员竟同时围殴一人，从头至尾一路追打，与黑恶势力不分上下，打砸过程中有位老大爷用身体­护住筐中的鸡蛋，被城管人员狠狠抓起进行毒打。

群众实在不忍目睹，多人上前进行劝解，城管人员不分青红皂白更是将多名群众打伤，简直是土匪流氓，群众中一位孕妇被打，最终激起民愤，约有400─500名群众与城管人员­发生肢体冲突。

随后道外区南十四道街大约聚集700余群众进行声讨，导致道路封闭，有群众报警，赶到现场的民警无法协调，后在群众与城管人员的不断扭打中徒步将这几条城管扭送至道外区太­古街派出所。
