On the border track near the comp tracks at the Loveday 4x4 Adventure park. No one else would do it for some strange reason.
If you haven't been to Loveday4x4 check out the website at www.loveday4x4adventures.com

The 4Runner has 2.4 NA Diesel, 35x12.5 MickyT's, softer rear springs with custom shackles, custom rear bar, winch, snorkel, front and rear auto lockers, standard gears.

Thanks for watching,

    thats a 1989 toyota surf

    not a 4runner..

  • @skate4f00d Hahaha, really now. Then how come the plates on it are stamped with 1984 Toyota 4Runner? You know, the early solid axle version, that only came out in 84 and 85? The Surf was a later model which only came to Australia via grey imports. The Surf also came stock with the 2LT (the T stands for turbo by the way, and the 2L is the model of the 2.4 litre diesel) where as this 4Runner has a 2L motor with an added turbo. Perhaps you should do more research before commenting on the internet..

  • @Phizinza so this is a diesel?

  • @toyota80s Yes, 2.4L 4 cylinder Diesel. Running 8psi boost I believe. It's my brothers car so he knows more about it.

  • @Phizinza

Hold on..the description says it is NA and you're saying it's turbo running 8psi...

  • @subasurf Was N/A at the time of this video was taken. Shortly after it got turbo'd.. Or at least that is what I believe.. This was like 3 years ago, who has a memory that good!?

  • sweet runner. and music always makes the video in my opinion :)

  • Partially true. Everywhere the 22R was available. Certain parts of the world had diesels available whereas others didn't. But that really shouldn't matter because many vehicles have various engine choices (i.e. the 22R vs. the 3VZ-E in the '88 to '95 4Runners/Hilux Surf and the Pick-up/Hilux). That didn't make them different vehicles.

  • @taitai907

Well, stock, they have different engines for starters...

  • Well, then educate me. How are they different?

  • @taitai907

    Wrong...that's what the uneducated think.

  • @Phizinza

No worries mate. Was just confused.

  • @skate4f00d yup that's definitely a 4runner

  • @skate4f00d that is a 4runner
