LED VU meter Thermaltake armor

2*20 led VU-meter home-made. Also underglow like in the xaser.

How to make:
2 LM3915 or LM3916 in cascade in dot mode (follow the data sheet)
Take the analog exit of the sound card.

for underglow, I used a PIC or you can use a velleman-kit (the easy way).

How did you created that side LED diodes?

How did you configure that LED diods that blink with music?

The side leds are with a simple PIC and a half hour of programming.

The blinking leds are made based on 4 lm3915. Pretty easy once you got the datasheet.
