so ava didn't go to "the city" what happened to her in the end? weren't she and alex married in the end and had a kid?

Oops! I read the description just after I posted that first thing! -- I should have remembered that Loving carried on as "The City"... I use to watch both every so often.

I don't much like that. It's like they're saying, your soap has ceased to be / it's history, now take a right turn right outside of Corinth & steer on over to Pine valley. The ratings are fine around here (we won't be abandoning this show for another 15yrs or so!)

I'm not sure. I was looking at 5 different sites on the subject. I don't remember which ones they are.

I'd be curious to see the source that you were reading..

I didn't mean to be harsh, but I don't understand why people insist on depending solely on others on a YouTube video page for such information, when there are search engines and the like. The City was a spin-off of sorts from Loving, since many characters from the former series were carried over to the new soap (the several of those whom avoided having their lives taken by the Corinth Serial Killer during 'The Loving Murders'). When Loving started, however, it shared no characters with AMC.

When I did a search that's what it said. Don't blame me. I was just looking for episodes of "The City" online. When I read that "The City" was a spin-off from the series Loving, I decided to find out more. Then I learned in the middle of The series All my children, that Loving was a Spin-off from it. I swear to god. That's what I found.

Why don't you find out any of this through a search engine, instead of asking people on a YouTube video? Loving was not spun-off from AMC.

This was what is actually considered a cast crawl, since the the majority of the credits consisted of the cast, with only production principals preceding them.
they should have had an ending with some flashbacks or a music montage. that last scene is like saying "the last 12 years meant nothing and let's forget about loving and go on to the city"
