Kevin Kling at the Minnesota State Fair

Kevin Kling is a humorist and writer who lives in Minnesota. Most of his stories are about life in Minnesota, a unique state among the 50 states in the U.S. because of its climate (it's really cold in the winter) and its Scandinavian and German ancestry. In this video Kevin is describing the experience every child in the northern United States cherishes--waking up to find there's no school because of an overnight snowstorm.

I subtitled this because he talks really fast, but it's good listening practice for people who are learning American English.
