Miles' legacy receives royalties from these recordings. As do Wayne Shorter's, Joseph Zawinul, Jack DeJohnette, Herbie Hancock, Bennie Maupin, Chick Corea, etc. etc. etc.

I listened to Rapolla miles in southern Italy, I was a kid and I drank of Aglianico and I did a lot of Giggi. live in December 1978 the district jealousy. KTM to all

In this instant, that's true of the principle artist. There might be royalties that others involved with this project receive, though I don't assume that one way or another. My point about 'supporting artists' (sic) is that no rationalization can intelligently justify pirating, i.e., stealing a product that others had to spend money to produce and market. Treat others as one would want to be treated...fair is fair.

I've had this recording, in one form or another, since the year of its release. I currently own "The Complete Bitches Brew Sessions" on CD and "Bitches Brew" on mp3 download. So don't worry about me downloading it illegally.

This is album (Bitches Brew) is the Jazz album I've been waiting to hear my whole life. To think I used to kick and scream when my mom would put a Miles Davis CD on in the car, when I was young.
