@LaJYankee well, you can grind it down, it's tough, but not indestructible, I usually grind them with my back teeth.

My favorite part of a fish is the cheek. Not one to be fond of a fish eyeball though.

@FindMeInKurume cheek is good. better than the eye. i'll eat most all of the fish including the innards when fermented and the bones when fried or baked. lots of good protein and vitamins...

i like eating fish heads, suck out the brains from the skull and eat the eyes. the eyes are a bit tough to chew but not the toughest thing to eat. then again i'm the girl who loves fish guts/entrails broth. yummmmmm
