have you got any back stretches you could tell me, as your back is very flexible.

I also dance in freestyle disco and my leg flexibility is fine but my back is struggling abit, if you could message me some stretches that would be great! thanks x

@justinbieber19980 grow up would you yes your good at what you do in your vids but there years old granted you may have progressed but do you really need to try and have a dig at her shes amazing at what she does and fyi on that whole back walkover buisness it is actually called a back walkover and front walkover but so what does it really matter about what its called i could do a back walkover when i was 4 but couldnt do a backbend kickover till i was 6 so if u cant say out nice dont comment
