It doesn't taste like sour cream, but what's even worse is that if you try to store it in the fridge, the next day, it tastes EXACTLY LIKE THROW UP. DO NOT make this recipe unless you want to use ALL of it at once!! WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T TRY TO SAVE THE LEFTOVERS!!!!!! THROW THEM AWAY!!!!!!!!!! IT IS VOMIT, I PROMISE YOU. I made this recipe twice. The first time I thought maybe my coconut was bad, but it still tasted like throw up after using a fresh coconut. No way...never making it again...

For real all you vegans are hypocrites!!!! Eat normal and have domain over animals as God intended!!

I wish miso was a raw product.

bottom line people..if you want to eat raw, go for it. If you dont, go away and focus on what works for YOU.

Love it!

"because it's so similar to our hemoglobin" LOL! Are you really sure?

great video
I used to be anti-raw because that scene is populated by esoteric nutters of the "optimum life enzyme" type and "reharmonizing inner vibrations". **shudder** That stuff and the blatant rejection of the most primary scientific principles made my toenails curl. But seeing when sane people prepare nice raw dishes and foods I actually quite like it. Nice inspiriation really. I'm gonna have to mellow out my opposition to all things raw-food:-) Good job!

Great video! I'd love to try this.
One caveat -- while it's true that coconut water is good for you and has been used in extreme circumstances as an intravenous hydration fluid, chemically is it quite dissimilar from our blood and there is nothing in it resembling hemoglobin which is an animal protein that binds iron.
Sorry to nit pick, but I just had to! Still, great video. Love the coconut planter idea.
