WVU - Maryland 2004

Since Rich Rodriguez had taken over the controls at WVU, Maryland had beat the Mountaineers four straight times, and twice in the 2003 season: 34-7 in the regular season, and 41-7 in the 2004 Gator Bowl.

In 2004 the Terrapins came into Morgantown hoping for more of the same, but RichRod had his offensive strategy firmly in place after three seasons, and powerful weapons in safety Pac Man Jones, wide receiver Chris Henry and running back Quincy Wilson.

That was the day that we had to come to Morgantown by way of Clarksburg because of flooding in Wetzel County. And then on Sunday my sister had to go back to Zanesville, Ohio by way of Pennsboro and then Rt. 50 to the Interstate. Rt. 2 north and south was closed.
