I do tri tip and sausages in mine. Had it for 3 yrs and it works like the ad says. It does get dirty though.. I put foil on the drip pan.

@Forevernight I had this for a few years and I love it. Easy as pie. I do the same and line the drip pan with foil for easier cleaning. Thanks for the post.
