What an asinine comment. Of course a normal joe schmoe with PEDs is not going to equal a UCI pro rider. However, with a group of equally trained/talented riders in a race where 1st place is only an advantage of less than one minute, something like clenbuterol or EPO means the difference between winning the Tour and not even having your name mentioned.
