Everything else in your life just seems to work better. Why do I bring up your soul mate? I was at an Academy where Chalene Johnson spoke. She said if you don't like to exercise it's just because you haven't found your soul mate workout. I loved this analogy. I have my soul mate workout and it's T-Tapp. I love this workout. When I get up in the morning and know I'm going to go teach T-Tapp, it makes me happy. I can't wait to get into my studio and start to t-tapp. I feel my body warm up and get back into alignment. I love the stretching and strengthening, the tightening and toning and the lymphatic pumping. When I'm done, I feel fantastic and the rest of my day is better because I've done my T-Tapping. If you don't enjoy exercising, it just means you haven't found your soul mate workout. Mine is T-Tapp. I don't know if it will be yours, but if you haven't found yours, I recommend trying T-Tapp and see if it becomes yours.
