    The USA has more prisoners per capita than communist China and much of this is do to victimless crime laws, vague laws such as RICO/conspiracy laws, etc. I support RADICALLY curbing cops ability to use force on citizens, tightening reasonable suspician laws, and making cops PERSONALLY liable for ALL bad arrests. This video was NOT police brutality. And she certainly didn't deserve a $100K settlement. I would go thru this a 100x for a $100K tax free pay day. Tax payers were ripped off.

    My theory is, you can do what you want in life, and the cops do. If they can't control their anger, they need to get out of the business. Why would this cop be so pissed off. He gets paid even if she never stopped. Just another dick head cop with an attitude. I wonder what he would have done when a cop refused to put my seatbelt on one time. I went off on the cop, wonder what this guy would have done??? lol lol
