Doing his job my ass. There are two kind of cops, the ones who really care and protect and serve. And then there are your assholes whole feel they run the fucking universe. The ones who go overboard when they get a little power. He doesn't know if that lady was sickly or had some kind of iss that took her so long to pull over. He's an asshole.
