Make your own MILO, without all the artificial additives, added in recent years in order to cut costs:
2.5 tsps Malt Extract (Barley)
3.5 tsps Milk Powder
1 tsps Sugar
2 tsps Cocoa Powder
Note: Add up to 2 more tsps of sugar (or an amount which suits your tastebuds)
Add the above to 1 cup of Milk, or water, in a saucepan, over a medium heat, and stir for 5 to 10 minutes until thoroughly blended. Pour and drink a genuine glass of MILO made by your own hand!
