@marcogalletti it depends on the kick boxing style... old fashion is different, but japanese kick boxing, that use the muay thai kicks, yes are similar...

Good lowkicks don't make sound, you kick with your foot not your shin

@TheD4rkL when you are kicking a large pad for low kicks, it is impossible to impact only with shin, because the impact point is the bottom part of the shin, and so you will touch also the foot... when you kick the legs in the same way, the foot will be outside.... this is my opinion, you are free to think what you want...

@lupo1983s That's absolutely true, but when you do it the right way, it doesn't produce the sound that this dude is producing, he kicks to much with his foot.

@TheD4rkL I'm the guy in the video... I was kicking during an explanation.... please, stop the video when the leg is on the pad, and you will see that most of the foot is out... the high sound depends on the room...
