  • Hey dankypot,

Thanks for looking at my videos and the great comment. I would like to re-do some of them with more information but it is just so time consuming. I will try to get some more on later this spring.

    Thanks again,

    Darrell Sheppard

  • Just wanted to say thank you for your well done, and informative videos. I have been building guitars for six years and recently recevied a request to build a mandolin that resembles my travle size acoustic. Youre videos have given me great insight into the anatomy of the mandolin and a great resorce of valuable knowledge.

    thanks again,

If you have any questions or need help in the future just let me know.

    Thanks again,

    Darrell Sheppard

  • As a note of encouragement - I have looked at most of your videos - and have now decided to subscribe - it is very helpful to see your process of building - fun to see each instrument take shape. I am actually thinking about building an octave mandolin - your consruction of conventional mandolins makes me want to do one of these as well.
