Homeowner disarms and shoots home invaders Tacoma Wa.

Tacoma Wa. 6:15 AM Two wouldbe home invasion robbers kicked in the wrong door this morning. The two invaders were greeted just inside the door by two male residents who were not about to lay down. When the robbers were confronted they shot one of the residents in the shoulder. The second resident disarmed one of the asailants and returned fire with the asailants own gun and chasing the two robbers off.The two robbers were caught a shot distance away by Tacoma Police. The wounded robber was taken to an area hospital where he was treated and released to the custody of the Tacoma Police. The wounded resident suffered non life threatining injuries and is expected to recover. The incident is under investigation.

You can not go to prison for shooting someone after they kicked in the front door of your home and shot your roommate. That is straight out self defence. Once you have reason to believe that you or someone elses life is in danger you have the legal right to defend yourself or anyone else there with leathal force.

The homeowner was my cellmate once, thought he did not pick up any charges from that incident. I sent this in several comments because the story was long, so check out the whole story to get it right finally.

P.S. The homeowner is a solid dude. He never snitched on the intruders, or talked to the cops at all.

Upon trying to shoot this POS, the homeowner found the gun was empty, and another intruder who was supposed to be covering the 1st one aimed the AK @ the homeowners' baby, but he got his bluff called, too, and got the empty .357 thrown @ him, where they all fled. Before they made it out, though, the homeowner got ahold of the gauge and shot the one in the shoulder, which he said was a lot like a sprinkler of blood.

The guy at 2:10 is the home owner, and these reports are inaccurate: He did NOT receive ANY help WHATSOEVER from his sister's boyfriend, who cowered immediately, and handled it all on his own; There were 4 - 5 intruders carrying several guns, including a 357 mag, AK, and 12-gauge. One of the intruders pistol-whipped the homeowner repeatedly before he called got his bluff called and the homeowner got the pistol out of his hand and tried to use it to shoot the newly disarmed, total dipshit.

@elmajiko420 basic california shooting law : don't shoot them in the back. make sure you shoot the bad guys in the front only and definitely no head shot. otherwise lawyers will charge you with excessive use of force. (stupid laws if you ask me)
