ChrisChan tries to Prank his local Police.. with tragic results

Chris Chan is feeling lonesome and agitated one morning and after scaring the neighbours with his Megatron Pistol he thinks it would be a good idea to call 911 to bring the police and ambulance around. However, during the first minutes of this call he becomes deranged, firing his handgun into the wall of his bedroom and sexually berating the officer over the phone until he provokes a response from Ruckersvilles boys in blue, who quickly arrive at his house and refuse to leave until they've talked with Chris and his father, Bob.

Well the thing is if you call 911/emergency servicies the are required to act this way and show up at the residence even if they think it is a prank. That is why it is emergency services. So I usually frown on prank calling them. But given Chris' recent actions at the GameStop I may consider this a preemtnive action.
