  • Definately brings back memories. I was on the 36 CBG obstacle race team. Nothing gets the blood pumping like 11,000 people screaming while you run a race.

I also lucked out in the Finale, I up front and on the far right when we marched out, so I ended up front and centre, just behind the colour party for the entire finale.

Seeing that show from start to finish, without being stuck downstairs is definately on my bucket list.

  • The Nova Scotia Tattoo - one damn awesome show

  • Hey I was part of the Cadet pipes and drums, who is your son??!!?!

  • holy fk,,

so many memories flooding back. i am probably smack dab in the middle of the drummers in the mass bands. oh btw, im from Australia.

if any1 has a video of the SCOTS COLLEGE, AUSTRALIA, please upload there isnt any of us on

  • P and D WHOOOAAA

  • I was in the tattoo last year, and I must say; standing on the top of the stage during the finale and hearing Oh, Canada (I am myself from Norway) was just a wonderfull feeling. Still gives me goosebumps watching this. Really brings back the best of memories performing at the tattoo!

  • The bagpipes from 2:00 till 4:50 was spine tingling...everytime. I was on the floor to enjoy it...

  • Good show, I wish there were more Military bands though. The Finale, and the First World War memorial were fantastic!

  • I didn't meet anyone from the Pipe and Drum Corps but I had the best view of Highland Cathedral as I was stood on the stage behind them. Thought the pipers were great - many spine tingling moments!!

  • I travelled from the UK to play on the fanfare team... great memories :)
