  • You got a lot of fret buzzing going on. Maybe your neck and/or saddle needs adjusting, or possibly even your frets need filing.

  • I looked at another video of a do-it yourself bass guitar kit and noticed that the end of the neck can be cut to shape like the end of a Fender neck. My guess is that is why it is like that.

  • I used (in addition to those springs that are around screws) soft rubber at the bottom of the pickup. It keeps the pickup firmly in place.

  • Like springs? There are usuallly springs under pickups.

  • Just use the plastic cover thingy (pick cover or what it is called?) and 1-2 string to find the place for the pickups, and use a hammer, gently, to make a start for the screws and that's it. Remeber to place something soft (rubber?) under the pickups so it's possible to adjust the height.

  • No holes for the screws.
