Copenhagen: City of Cyclists, Part 1 of 5: Our very first episode of A Billion Bikes, takes us to the Danish city of Copenhagen, which has one of the most advanced urban bicycling communities in the world. A full third of their city workforce commutes by bicycle! This is an excellent 5-part program of weekly episodes. But first, a brief hello from Tour de France champion Floyd Landis, and a fun open.

Brilliant, in Australia we are car obsessed idiots as well. Everyone crows about obesity, Global warming, pollution, congestion in citys, here is your answer, why dont we do it.
Yes we are into sports in Australia, but people in the most part unfortunately do not see cycling as a proper means of transport. Non cyclists dont treat you very good at all, and our motorists have the worst attitude towards cyclists. I just hope Denmark provides a good example to the rest of the world in how cycling is a goodform of transport and how cyclists should be catered for and treated. Denmark Leads the way.. Like a beacon of light in a dark world.
im going to guess none of them have the time to belong to a gym or club wasting money sitting on a stationary bicycle drinking gatorade loaded with high fructose corn syrup
