It's a well known and very real AUDIO clip that's been in circulation for years. freedomcorp added the news footage for effect, so people would know who's talking in the audio clip. The fact that some people didn't understand that is quite sad.

Moyer is a douchebag. I was at a dodger game one time and he was there to throw out the first pitch or something and when it got real quiet I yelled "YOU SUCK MOYER!!!!!" Everyone in my section thought I was nuts but I know that jerkoff heard me!
