Ellen Trout Zoo Lufkin, Texas

A wonderful day at an amazing zoo. Ellen Trout has hundreds of animals, many are rare. The scenery is great and a cute train ride is a great way to finish off the day. The train goes all around the zoo and across Ellen Trout Lake.

:D I live just down the road from there. I go there all the time. From what I hear, they may be getting grey wolves again soon. They're possibly getting gorillas as well. They even got a new female siberian tiger recently. Though, last year, they lost a hippopotomus and had to aquire a new one. The old one died because a child threw a rubber ball into the tank and the hippo ate it. So, since your adventure to the zoo, quite a bit has happened. ^^
