my point is that: the dems had the house and senate and wouldnt do all they could have without the prez beggin them. they dragged their feet, let the right control the message, plus the fx news backed their politicans but when it came to the left, some complained about what he shoulds done. tell me, exactly how does Obama suppose to get anything without compromise? we need to ENCOURAGE him to keep tryin instead of bashing him all the time. no he isnt perfect, but he does what he needs to do.

@ReezeGoingSenseless Yes, the UK had to bailout Ireland due to interdependency while not even in the Euro. Who loses their sovereignty with all this debt next? the UK? Germany? France? Great how the EU could pass laws on sausages and bananas but not on derivatives. We are not just losing our money to banks but political decision making power. The banks run the EU and the FED has overturned the US constitution and now dictates to congress. The fight is for the sovereign state for all of us.

@2001perseus Excellent comment.Especially with the Bailout of Greece (and very likely others) , Taxes went up to a ridiculous Growth (Tobacco, Environmental, Energy).Whereas the U.S. seemingly still Debates about wether or not it would be a good Idea to extend Taxcuts.

The whole of Europe is facing spending cuts and tax rises after the bank bailouts to fight budget deficits and inflation, yet Americans still think they can print more dollars and spend money they don't have and get tax cuts???
