When I want ice cream, I go to McDonalds and get a sundae no toppings it taste like ice cream but its yogurt and 90 calories. Since Youve already bought the ice cream sprinkle pepper in it, subliminally it will take away the allure that its in Your house. Keep up Your Great Work, You are Worth it!!!
