I'm Turkish and I know this stuff. It's not called being fooled!! Ice cream men does that to everyone in Istanbul, it's like a tradition when serving that special ice cream.. They're just having fun and the German guy was very polite to accept and participate to the ice cream mans performance instead of ruining it and embarrassing him, so shut up, the German is not idiot :)
