It's confusing to a child when something trautmatic happens to them, and their mother or father (or both) becomes angry. Recently I learned that this is most likely becuase they do not know how to react: anger feels better than despair or helplessness. Few things can feel more devastating and like you are a failure than not being able to protect a loved one from something horrible. They were really angry at themselves. Namaste

Many women who were sexually abused choose to be single because they don't want to burden other people with their trauma.
How are your husband and children dealing with it? Do they talk about it?

I find this video way too quiet. I need louder ones to hear properly. My audio controls are all on max and I can barely hear. very moving otherwise.
