This show always makes me smile as it brings back so many pleasant memories of my childhood in the 60s and early 70s and watching this show with my parents and sister. My father was a big time fan. Even with the civil rights unrest and Vietnam, the mid 1960s was still such a fun time to be a kid, especially with shows like Jeannie, Gilligan's Island, Star Trek, and Julia. Much cleaner time period.

I forgot to add, if you really want to see how handsome Michael Ansara is, watch "My Sister the Homewrecker" it is in the sixth and last season of IDJ. He plays ladies man Biff Jelico.

It's interesting to compare season 1 (1965) with season 2 (1970). Completely different music, acting...everything. This is very sappy, while the last season is groovy and corny.

Adding to the info: She was married to Michael Ansara who played the "Blue Jin" on one episode and a Hawain King in another. Star Trek fans remember him as the Klingon Captain "Kang". Sadly, they divored and their son passed away back in the 90s. She's been through a lot of rough times yet manages to keep her chin up. Very strong and classy woman. Today's girls could learn so much from her.
