Just as I thought. The NVB team fails. They've worked for like forever and still not game hasn't came up and they've probably gave up. I was in the Mugen forums before, and they take forever to progress. Alot of people were looking forward to this and you guys disappointed them. Not that I could sprite and code, but come on, this is pathetic.
