@MissLeo5 the freezer paper sticks to the shirt so you can get a clear image, if you just used normal paper it wouldnt stick and the image would be really messy looking =)

I did this years ago but had to cut it by hand, the Cricut makes it easier!

I just used regular Tulip fabric paint and Tulip brand glitter that is marketed with the fabric paint.
