This is a (comepletly random) glitch in Jak X when you are in an online room, sometimes you are allowed to move the camera around the garage. (includes conversation of DarkBugg and I[NatsumeRyu])

by naughty dog, yes, but another company is making "The Lost Frontier" for psp and ps2 i think. comes out this winter, i believe?
