@SharpAirsoft Your blind miss Sharphard, it's a guy in that car not a girl, and your totally wrong to say HE can pull in anywhere. Problem is these fucknuts are required to give out tickets but theres really no parking spots designated for them so they have to break the law and park in whatever is available, but knowingly breaking the law and knowing they wont get a ticket for it. So it's like walking behing a lawn mower on grass that has a sign that reads "no walking on grass" get it?

@myo007 Did you notice how nervous the officer was when caught? That tells you one thing, HE KNOWS HE BROKE THE LAW. these guys are not emergency officers, they don't arrest, they give tickets and summons.

@avor If I were a cop, eventually i would be running red lights and parking in hadicapped spots and shit. So yeh, I'm too scared to be a cop, it'll mess me up and give me a super ego. :)
