Why does it look smaller than our 29" CRT?

I had almost bought the Sony 34 inch HDTV tube TV back in 2007. It was on sale for $699, the reg. price was at least $1,199. The only thing that had held me back from buying that tv is it weighed over 200 pounds (it might of been closer to 300 pounds).
I still love CRT tvs. I wish they would still be making the Tube tvs. Some of the older video games only can be played on CTR tvs.

@AeonRequiem - Its a 2002 or 2003. Its a great TV, but you could probably negotiate for a cheaper price.

My friend called everyone he knew because he has that exact tv and wanted to give it away, no one would take it. We were bringing it to the dump today, but I made a few calls and found someone to take it. After 10 years it still works, so we were glad someone wanted it. Of course it will take 3 of us to carry it
