"elater21" is right; this is a good effort but I wasn't able to follow it. Maybe making a script would help? At the end you say, "...or else I'll have to do the video over again." Well, to be honest, getting it all down pat in one go is just not the reality of public speaking/video production/presentations etc. It should be done over again.
